Place to Be, gathering for Young Adults // Fridays at the church,  8:30 PM Bible Discussion, 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM – enjoy coffee, refreshments, volleyball, etc. 

 

 

SBC Gathering Safety Precautions
 
Sunday morning gatherings are at 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM In-doors. These services are broadcast on Facebook Live. An adult Sunday School class is offered in the Gymnasium and a Teen class in room 17. The Sanctuary will be sanitized following the 9:00 AM Gathering.
 
Face masks should be worn upon entering and exiting as well as any time you are not able to social distance. Seating is every other pew and every other side by family unit.
 

Please do not attend in-person gatherings if you’ve experienced any of the following:

  1. Anyone with a fever
  2. Anyone with potential symptoms of COVID-19
    1. Chills
    2. Muscle Pain
    3. Difficulty breathing
    4. Sore Throat
    5. Loss of Taste and/or Smell
  3. Anyone who have come in contact with someone with know COVID-19 in the last week
  4. Elderly or debilitated individuals
  5. People with weakened immune system

Sunday Morning Safety Precautions for Kid’s Ministry

  • A face mask or face shield will be required for all volunteers & children – always upon entering and exiting the kid’s ministry area.
  • Any parent entering the kid’s ministry area will be required to wear a face mask or face shield
  • All check-in volunteers will be required to wear a mask or face shield at all times
  • All volunteers, kids and parents will be screened at check-in, everyone will have their temperature checked and asked the following questions. Have you experienced a cough, runny nose, cold and/or flu like symptoms over the past few days? Have you had a temperature over 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit over the past few days? In the past two weeks have you been exposed to anyone who is ill or who has tested positive for COVID-19?
  • If anyone answers yes to the above questions or has a temperature of 100 or greater, they will not be allowed in the kid’s ministry area. Also, recommended that they contact their doctor or primary care physician.
  • Every attempt will be made to keep six foot distancing, please make sure at check-in all are following the six foot markings on the floor.
  • When you are unable to keep six foot distancing you will be required to wear your mask
  • Sanitizer will be available and all are asked to use upon entering and exiting the kid’s ministry area
  • Sanitizing stations will also be available throughout the kid’s ministry area. Kid’s will be asked to use as the move from one area to another
  • Water fountains will be unable to be used & have been turned off and blocked off
  • Individual water bottles and per-packaged snacks will be available from 10:00AM to 10:30AM
  • We will limit all groups to 20 or less and arrange classrooms, so we can maintain the six foot distancing requirements
  • If at any time you notice that a child is not feeling well, immediately remove them from your class and notify Gary Daddario, The Director of Church & Family Ministries
